Services
Stonewater reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
We do not offer refunds on services or
packages but if you have concerns about the service you received, we
want to know about it immediately. Your continual feedback is
critical to improving our services. In most cases we are able
to address any problems you encounter.
Products
We aim to provide you with best product
available, customized to fit your skin type. An exchange or credit
is offered within 30 days on select product only. Please let us
know if you are not getting the results you are looking for and we will
make the adjustments needed to get you there.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an
appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. All cancellations with
less than 24 hours notice will result in a $25 fee to be paid
at your next appointment. This courtesy enables us to
compensate our employees for their time and maintains a higher availability
of our time for you as well as others.
*We provide reminder phone calls 24-48
hours in advance. This is a courtesy call only and should not
be relied upon. Guests are responsible for their appointments.
Gift Certificates and Packages Purchased
Gift certificates are good for services
only unless otherwise noted.
Packages or services purchased expire
1 year from date of purchase starting.
